If you feel comfortable with harp harmonics …

… you’ll want to try adding in some classy touches to your lines by applying hammer-on’s and pull-off’s.

This creates a nice rhythmic effect while you’re executing these cascading soundscapes.

In the first line you really want to emphasize the pull-off for the triplet rhythm. If the pull-off isn’t articulated strongly enough the result will be a sloppy harmonic line.

The second line also includes a triplet rhythm but this time it’s achieved by a hammer.

Again, articulate this technique so it’s even and audible so it doesn’t interrupt the flow of the harmonic line.
